Property letting

Many landlords opt for DIY property letting. It is easy to forget how time-consuming and important it is to find the right tenant.

SCK Group will advertise your property, hold viewings, interview & carry out reference checks on your behalf ensuring we find the best tenant. Our stand alone letting fee is typically the first month rent, however, it is provided free as part of the Landlord All-In Solution.

Property Management

You now have great tenants in your property, and we will remain as their direct contact point throughout the lease.  This frees up your time and energy. 

We believe in a preventative approach to property management: We will regularly inspect your property, carry out repairs and maintenance as required & remain in regular contact with you regarding any updates on your investment.

Cashflow management is incomplete without rent monitoring. We will open a bank rental account for you, coordinate deposits, pay advance rent, and place standing orders. Most importantly, monitor and collect your rent every month.

The regulatory environment continues to become more complex. We will look after everything from lease documents, to notice periods to tenant registrations with the RTB and ensure you remain compliant in your capacity as a landlord.

When you spend money buying or improving a property, Revenue allows you to offset some of that expenditure against rental profits, thus reducing your tax bill.If you own one or more houses, apartments or commercial properties, it is very likely you are entitled to unclaimed tax allowances. Our fee is just 7.5% of the allowances we identify for you. If we fail to identify €12,000 of claimable allowances, you will owe us nothing; we will give you our report free of charge, so you can pursue the claim yourself if you wish.
