Letting
We provide a complete letting service for Landlords. We will:
1. View your property and offer advice with regards to letting your property for the first time.
2. Carry out agreed changes before renting out your property.
3. Advertise your property, interview, reference-check and select suitable tenants.
4. Prepare the lease, record a contents inventory, record utility readings & agree a tenant code of conduct.
Rent Collection & Monitoring
On your behalf we will:
1. Set up a bank rental account.
2. Co-ordinate deposit & advance rent, & standing orders .
3. Monitor & collect 100% of your rent amount each month, acting as your resident Tax Collection Agent.
Management
We offer a complete property management service for Landlords. We will:
1. Regularly inspect your property & remain the first point of contact for your tenant at all times.
2. Carry out repairs and maintenance as required.
