Seamus C. Kane

The SCK Group was established by Seamus C Kane in 1981 when he established his accountancy practice in Donnybrook, Dublin.

Offering the traditional range of accountancy and book-keeping services, Seamus quickly established a loyal base of clients, most of whom remain with him to this day. The client base consists of individuals, self employed, professionals and small to medium size companies.

Seamus had always been interested in property and purchased his first investment property in 1988. He shared this interest with his clients, many of whom followed his advice. Seamus was then asked to source and purchase on their behalf. He has assisted many of his clients in establishing a property portfolio consisting of residential investment properties, tax efficient properties and where applicable ownership of their own business premises.

In June 2006 the company moved to new larger offices in Nutgrove Office Park, Rathfarnham. With a staff of over 20 the company is a leading provider of all services associated with investment properties. The company will source, finance, fit out, let, manage and maintain your investment property on your behalf. Coupled with their vast experience in all aspects of taxation and accounting, SCK Group will ensure investments are structured in the most efficient way.

Alan Condon

Alan Condon heads up our property department. Alan began investing in property in the 90's and has continued to expand his portfolio over the years. Before joining SCK Group Alan worked in the banking and insurance sector for 15 years. Alan held various senior operational management positions with Bank of Ireland and Citigroup, in Ireland and in Europe. Alan's wealth of experience in banking and finance coupled with his long running interest in investment property fitted in perfectly with the SCK Group ethos, Alan now uses this experience to work with clients to assess their financial situation and to tailor investment packages that meet their goals.

Alan is responsible for all the financial investment analysis for the company and for each property development we recommend. With his team of 10, Alan is responsible for sourcing, financing, fitting out, letting and managing of all investment properties. Establishing of your rental accounts and monitoring of same, is also the responsibility of his department.
